INTRODUCTION

Anchor Human Resources Development Corporation (AHRDC) is a manpower and recruitment firm specializing on premium placement services. It is engaged in the placement of highly qualified and trained skilled and unskilled workers to meet the needs of its clientele. Our business is to provide simple, strong, fast, dynamic and responsive experience to our valued customers in their quest for searching the best manpower available. We connect companies with top employee prospects for different industries and sectors. AHRDC traces its roots from the establishment of Haggai Employment Services, which started on May 8, 1996. It started as a single proprietorship business where the company offered manpower services to its corporate clientele. It was incorporated on September 17, 1997 and later changed its name to Anchor Human Resources Development Corporation. In line with the companies desire to generate more employment and to utilize the expertise of its existing manpower resources, AHRDC expanded its operation to messengerial and courier services which was formally launched on April 22, 1998 named AHRDC Messengerial and Courier Services. Today, AHRDC strives to expand its services to cater different industries available and to provide more opportunities to Filipinos.

Manpower, Recruitment and Outsourcing

AHRDC provides manpower staffing from factory workers to office personnel. Our Talent Pool are properly screened in both physical and psychological qualifications and further screened in accordance with our clients requirements.

Landscaping and Ground Maintenance

We are also engaged in landscaping design and after services, development and maintenance of gardens, flowerbeds, and other horticulture services to provide a beautiful environment to fill our clients’ requirements.

Clerical

AHRDC focuses on giving our clients workforce solutions. We highly prioritize training and locating administrative, clerical and office professionals tailor fit for the specialized employment needs of our clients. We provide qualified personnel for positions such as administrative assistant, cashier, receptionist, data entry clerk, and many more.



Messengerial and Courier

AHRDC Messengerial and Courier Services provides personal and door to door delivery of mail matters of client companies. This includes letter mails, statement of accounts, corporate notices, parcels and other similar items.

Janitorial, Housekeeping, and Building Maintenance

Our promise to our clients is to always deliver cleanliness and sustainability. We ensure that all our maintenance personnel are fully equipped and highly competent to perform their janitorial duties.
